Claims
Warranty, Product Defects, Claims, and Legal Return Period
1. The customer is obliged to properly receive the ordered goods from the carrier (in case of personal collection, directly from the supplier), check the integrity of the packaging, the number of items, and confirm receipt of the goods to the carrier (supplier). Any deficiencies or defects in the goods must be immediately reported to the supplier.
2. The customer has the right to exchange the goods if, upon delivery (receipt), the goods do not have the usual properties of the ordered type of goods. The warranty on the goods and any claims for defects are governed by the relevant legal regulations. To recognize a claim, the defective product must be provided. Only apparent defects that the customer claims to the company within three days of receipt, and if the goods are presented to the company, can be recognized as sensory defects. For the purposes of these terms, any other defects are considered to have occurred on the goods after delivery and receipt. The company is not responsible to the customer for these defects. Unless otherwise stated, the relationships between the customer and the company regarding defects and warranties are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and/or the Commercial Code.
3. After delivery, the company is not liable for any damage caused by improper storage or handling of the goods by the customer. Improper handling also includes normal manipulation of the product that does not comply with the supplier's instructions regarding the handling and maintenance of the product.
Procedure for making a product claim:
- The claim must meet all necessary requirements (description of the defect, copy of the invoice, and other necessary documents).
- The claim must be made within the statutory period.
- Send or personally deliver the goods to our address. Do not send the goods back by cash on delivery.
- If it is an irreparable defect, the supplier will remake the order. By mutual agreement, it is also possible to refund the price of the order in money.
- The claim will generally be processed as quickly as possible after the goods are returned to the supplier, but no later than 30 days.
- A claim cannot be recognized in cases of normal wear and tear caused by the use of the goods or mechanical damage (snagging).
