How to order

Ordering custom sportswear is simple. Send us your ideas via the contact form or by email, and together we will finalise everything needed for production.

1. Tell Us What You Need

Choose the product you are interested in and let us know the approximate quantity. Based on this information, we will prepare a quotation for you.

2. Send Us Your Ideas

Tell us your requirements for colours, logos and the overall look. You can send us inspiration, a simple sketch or use one of our product templates.

You do not need to prepare finished artwork – our graphic designers will take care of that.

Please send logos and other graphic files in the highest quality available, ideally as vector files in PDF, EPS, CDR or AI format.

3. We Confirm Your Order

Once you have accepted our quotation and we have agreed on the basic order details, please send us your billing details, delivery address and telephone number.

We will then issue a deposit invoice. Once the deposit has been paid, we will pass your order to our graphic design team.

4. We Prepare Your Graphic Design Free of Charge

Based on your requirements and ideas, we will create a graphic design and send it to you for approval. Together with our designer, you can make changes and fine-tune it until the final version is ready.

The number of colours, graphics, names, numbers or logos does not affect the printing price.

5. We Finalise the Details and Start Production

Once the graphic design has been approved, we finalise the order specifications – sizes, quantities, numbers, names and any other required information.

As soon as we have all the necessary information, we send your order into production.

The entire production process takes place in Europe.

6. Done – Your Order Is Shipped

Once production is complete, we will send you the final invoice. After payment, we will pack your order and hand it over to the carrier.

Need More Items Later?

No problem. For an existing ALISY kit or collection, we can produce additional items even below our standard minimum order quantity.

We also archive your graphic designs, so we can return to the original design for repeat orders even several years later.
