Frequently Asked Questions
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about custom sportswear production – from minimum order quantities and prices to sizing, artwork, production, payment and reorders.
What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
We produce custom sportswear from 5 pieces of the same model and design. Sports accessories are generally available from 10 pieces.
Within one order, you can combine different sizes and, where available for the particular product, men’s, women’s and children’s options.
Can I Reorder Just a Few Items Later?
Yes. If the original kit or collection was produced by ALISY, we can use the existing order as a basis and produce fewer than 5 additional items.
For small-quantity reorders, we charge a one-off fee of EUR 21,20 per order in addition to the current product price.
We archive your graphic designs, so we can return to the original design even several years later.

How Long Does Production Take?
Our standard delivery time is usually 3–4 weeks after the graphic design has been approved, all information required for production has been supplied and the payment conditions have been met.
During the main season, please allow approximately 5–6 weeks. Small-quantity reorders may take longer.
We will always confirm the current delivery time before production begins.
What Is Included in the Product Price?
The stated price is for the finished product with your custom design.
The price includes standard graphic preparation and full-surface sublimation printing. The number of colours, graphics, names, numbers or logos does not affect the printing price.
Within one design, you can combine different sizes and, where available for the particular product, men’s, women’s and children’s options.
For sizes 3XL and larger, we charge a 10% surcharge.
All stated prices exclude 21% VAT and shipping.
Does the Number of Colours, Logos, Names or Numbers Affect the Price?
No. The number of colours, graphics, names, numbers or logos does not affect the printing price.
Thanks to sublimation printing, we can incorporate club colours, gradients, patterns, player names, numbers and sponsor logos into the design without additional charges for individual graphic elements.
Is the Graphic Design Really Free?
Yes. Based on your materials and ideas, we will prepare your graphic design free of charge.
We will fine-tune the design with you before production begins. However, if the supplied materials require extensive additional graphic work or you request substantial changes beyond the original brief during the design process, this work may be charged according to the time required.
We will always discuss any chargeable graphic work with you in advance.
How Do I Choose the Right Size?
You will find size charts for individual products to help you choose the right size.
For greater certainty, you can also arrange to borrow a size set and try the different sizes before placing your order.
Different sizes can be combined within one order, including men’s, women’s and children’s fits where available for the particular product.
How Should I Supply My Artwork?
You can send us club logos, sponsor logos and other graphic materials together with your enquiry or later by email.
Ideally, mark the required positions of logos and other elements directly on our product template.
Please send logos and other artwork in the highest quality available, ideally as vector files in PDF, EPS, CDR or AIformat.
You do not need to prepare a complete jersey or clothing design. Simply send us your ideas, club colours, logos or inspiration – our graphic designers will create the final design.
What If I Don’t Have a High-Quality Logo?
No problem. Send us the files you have available and we will check whether they are suitable for production.
If the logo needs to be redrawn or otherwise prepared for production, we will discuss the next steps with you. More extensive work on low-quality artwork may be charged according to the time required.
How Should I Specify Colours?
If you need to match a specific club or corporate colour as closely as possible, we recommend specifying the required shade using the Pantone colour system or providing an exact CMYK colour specification.
Colours can also be determined using a physical sample or by selecting from our colour samples in person.
Please bear in mind that colours displayed on a monitor, smartphone or other screen may differ from the final printed result. Specifying a colour only from a JPG or PDF preview, or using RGB or HEX values, therefore does not guarantee an exact match in print.
Can I Request a Test Print Before Production?
Yes. If colour accuracy is particularly important, we can prepare a test print of the design on the selected material.
The price of a test print is EUR 21,20.
We particularly recommend a test print when club or corporate colours need to be reproduced as accurately as possible.
What Font Can I Use for Names and Numbers?
If you would like to use a specific font, we recommend choosing a freely available typeface or supplying us with the required font.
If you do not have a particular font in mind, we can suggest a suitable option for names, numbers and other text as part of the graphic design process.
How Does Payment Work?
Once the order has been confirmed, we will send you a deposit invoice. After payment, we pass your requirements to our graphic designer, who will prepare the design.
Once production is complete, we issue the final invoice. After payment, we pack and ship your finished order.
How Will My Order Be Delivered?
We will send your finished order using a delivery service. Alternatively, you can collect it in person by prior arrangement.
You can find our current shipping rates in our Shipping Costs section.
What If I Want to Change a Logo, Sponsor or Part of the Design Later?
There is no need to create the entire design again.
We archive the graphic designs from your orders. This means that for a future order, we can use the original design as a basis and change a sponsor logo, name, number or another graphic element.
This allows your club to maintain a consistent visual identity across future orders for years to come.
