What is the minimum order quantity?
We are happy to manufacture clothing from as few as 5 pieces, and accessories from 10 pieces of the same model and graphic design (size combinations are possible).
Will you produce fewer than 5 pieces from an existing set of jerseys?
Yes, we will produce them. The price will be the same as the previous order + a one-time surcharge of 21,20 EUR.
NOTE! This applies if it is a jersey from a set that was realized by our company.
What does the price listed for the product include?
The price is for the final product - i.e., the printed product with your design.
The quantity is calculated in one design (size and gender combinations are possible).
For larger volumes, color variations of products do not affect the price.
Products with FLUO colors are not more expensive.
The price is valid when placing the ALISY logo in a visible position on the product.
If you require production without manufacturer identification, the price will be individually increased according to the specifications of your order.
For sizes 3XL and larger, a surcharge of 10% is applied.
The prices listed are prices excluding VAT of 21% and shipping.
Will the price be higher with a complex design - more logos, colors, numbers, etc.?
For jerseys and team clothing, we are capable of printing virtually anything - colors, motifs, names, numbers, logos, etc.
Design does not affect the price. The prices listed for the product include printing of your original graphics.
How should I provide the graphic materials?
Ideally by email to obchod2@alisy.cz, or via WeTransfer.
Please send us logos of your club, sponsors, etc., ideally with their placement on the product template.
Graphic materials should ideally be in CDR, AI, or EPS formats.
How can I best determine the colors?
The ideal option is to communicate the color number in CMYK format or according to the Pantone color chart.
You can also determine the color by:
- sending us a sample of the color you are interested in (the sample can be textile or another material)
- we can determine colors during a personal meeting by selecting from our extensive color chart
For a fee of 21,20 EUR, we offer to send a print of the graphics on the selected material for color approval.
What font can I choose for the numbers and names of players?
Ideally choose any freely available font.
How can I best determine the sizes?
To determine sizes, refer to the size tabels.
You can also determine sizes based on a borrowed size set.

How long will production take?
The usual delivery time for an order is 3-4 weeks from the approval of the graphic design and delivery of all necessary data for implementation (composition of sizes, etc.).
During the main season, the delivery time is 5-6 weeks. For smaller orders, the delivery time is longer.
Of course, we strive to make your waiting time as short as possible.
How will I pay for the order?
Products are paid for by bank transfer before shipping based on the invoice we send.
How will you deliver the order?
We will deliver the goods in one of the following ways:
- personal pickup at our company
- shipment by the transport company DPD

What if I don't have a high-quality club logo?
In the case of above-standard graphic complexity (e.g., delivery of logos only in JPG format, more extensive revision of the graphic design contrary to your original assignment), a surcharge for graphic design work will be charged based on the time required at a rate of 500 CZK/hour.
If the customer decides to stop the graphic design process during the realization of the order, the received deposit will be returned to his bank account. Its amount will be reduced by the amount corresponding to the graphic work on the order at a rate of 21,20 EUR/hour.
