More Sustainable Sportswear Manufacturing

In the production of our sportswear, we use Epson dye-sublimation printers and genuine Epson UltraChrome DS sublimation inks. These inks meet strict requirements for use in textile production, and the UltraChrome DS ink range has received ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® certification.

As athletes, we feel a strong connection to nature. That is why we aim to choose technologies and production processes that enable efficient use of materials and help reduce waste during manufacturing.

Sublimation technology transfers the ink directly into the polyester fabric. As a result, the print does not create an additional layer on the surface, the functional properties of the fabric are maintained, and the print offers high durability during washing and use. Epson states that UltraChrome DS inks provide high resistance to washing, light, abrasion and perspiration.

Product quality and long service life are important parts of our approach to more responsible manufacturing. We aim to produce sportswear that performs well and lasts for a long time while taking the environmental impact of production into consideration.
