The measurements given in the table indicate the width, NOT THE GIRTH.
To find out the size you need, therefore, put the clothes that suit your size on the pad and measure the dimensions given in the stretched state. Compare the values found with the figures in the table above. In case you are on the size range, we recommend to choose a larger product size.
